Internal Sales Representative (NZ)

Braemac is the largest Australian owned electronic component distributor with offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Due to business growth an opportunity exists in our Auckland office for an Internal Sales Representative. The role provides support to a number of direct customers, customer support for the external account managers and assisting with some warehousing duties.

 

If you have:

  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Experience in sales/customer service environment
  • Knowledge of electronic components
  • Computer skills (MS office)

Mechanical /Technical Support Engineer

 

Braemac is the largest Australian owned electronic component distributor with offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Due to business growth an opportunity exists in our Sydney office for an experienced Mechanical/Technical Support Engineer.

 

Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to provide technical support to our in-house cable and connector assembly department, maintain and create component drawings and technical documentation.

 

Your duties will include but are not be limited to the following: -

·         Preparation of drawings for new products and update as required.

·         Preparation of technical specifications.

·         Manage project issues, budgets and schedules.

·         Review products and application for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.

·         Provide technical information to managers.

·         Respond promptly to Sales requests for technical information

 

You will have excellent verbal and written English, as well as solid organisational and planning ability.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have had previous experience in a technical/engineering role. You are energetic, organised and have strong computer literacy skills. Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering will be highly regarded.
